Friend, today I’m going to keep things short and sweet.

Once again, the health and well-being of millions of Americans continues to NOSEDIVE.

And it’s all thanks to a continued dependence on the sugar-laden Western diet, coupled with increasingly sedentary lifestyles.

Even the CDC can’t hide from the latest data around the state of health in America…

We are getting FATTER!

Here’s a breakdown of the latest sad state of affairs—along with easy lifestyle changes that can reverse the course.

There’s no sugar-coating these numbers (even though sugar sure did contribute to them).

New CDC data says 22 states have at least 35% of adults with obesity—this is up from 19 states just two years ago.

To put this rising trend into perspective, NO states had an adult obesity prevalence at or above 35% just 10 years ago.

In other words, obesity is becoming the RULE… rather than the exception!

Unfortunately, this showcases how UNHEALTHY much of our country is.

Because, as you—an e-Alert reader—know, obesity is tied to NUMEROUS chronic illnesses. From heart disease, to diabetes and more.

It makes you a sitting duck for an unhealthy, shortened life.

But that doesn’t have to be you.

Your first step starts in the kitchen.

Eating whole, natural, REAL foods is the key to a healthy lifestyle. Ditching the typical Western diet of refined sugars and carbs will set your overall health up for success.

Second, get up and MOVE! I recently pointed out how being outside (like walking) can boost your overall mental AND physical health.

Unfortunately, we as a society aren’t going to wake up and be a million times healthier tomorrow. But you sure as heck can start doing it TODAY!
