If you’ve ever had problems with the HSI e-Alert not arriving on a regular basis, there’s an easy way to fix that. Put us on your whitelist.
Your e-mail service probably provides an anti-spam filter to help deflect junk e-mail. But sometimes these filters block messages you’ve actually asked to receive – like the e-Alert – just because it goes out to a lot of people at once.
You can make sure you get the e-Alert every day just by taking a moment to update your whitelist.
Our Internet wizards here at HSI gave me these simple directions for a wide number of e-mail service providers and spam-blockers. Just find your service on this list and with a few keystrokes you’ll be back on track with regular e-Alert delivery.
