I NEVER thought I’d live to see this day.

The U.S. government just released new nutrition guidelines that… brace yourself… actually make SENSE.

Real food. Full-fat dairy. More protein. Cooking with BUTTER instead of seed oils!

After DECADES of pushing low-fat garbage that made Americans fatter and sicker than ever, someone in Washington finally read a biology textbook.

Now, do I trust politicians? Not as far as I can throw them.

But credit where it’s due: these new guidelines just threw out 50 years of nutritional nonsense.

Let me show you what just changed—and why this might be the biggest nutrition reset in American history.

Health and Human Services Secretary (HHS) Robert F. Kennedy Jr. just announced nutrition guidelines that prioritize REAL food over processed junk.

Here’s what’s NEW:

Protein is now prioritized OVER carbohydrates…

Full-fat dairy is IN—low-fat dairy is OUT…

Processed foods like white bread, chips, and candy are officially DISCOURAGED…

Cooking with olive oil, butter, or beef tallow is RECOMMENDED…

Kennedy literally said at the White House: “We are ending the war on saturated fats.”

The government just ADMITTED that saturated fat—the thing they’ve demonized since the 1970s—isn’t the enemy.

This is a complete reversal of 50 years of dietary advice.

The old food pyramid that put GRAINS at the bottom and told you to eat 6-11 servings of bread daily? Gone.

The new pyramid emphasizes protein, vegetables, and full-fat dairy — food humans have actually been eating for thousands of years.

Kennedy called this the “most significant reset of federal nutrition policy in history.” And I, for one, agree!

These guidelines affect school lunches and federal nutrition programs—roughly 1 in 4 Americans will be directly impacted.

But here’s where I get skeptical…

We have a mainstream media and medical establishment that seems determined to thwart RFK, Jr. at every turn – even when he’s offering the most common-sense solutions.

And I don’t trust the food companies farther than I could throw a crate of Twinkies.

So we’ll have to see how well these new guidelines resonate with the rest of the general public.

But here’s what YOU should do—regardless of whether everyone else follows through:

Switch to full-fat dairy.
Your body NEEDS the fat-soluble vitamins that only come with the fat.

Prioritize protein at EVERY meal.
Especially over 60—your muscles need it to fight sarcopenia.

Cook with real fats.
Butter, olive oil, beef tallow. Stop using inflammatory seed oils.

Cut processed carbs.
They spike your blood sugar and leave you hungry an hour later.

Will Washington follow through on these new guidelines? Will people listen? Will Big Food sabotage everything?

Who knows…

But for the first time in 50 years, official nutrition guidelines don’t sound like they were written by cereal companies.

And that’s progress…
