Slash Triglycerides 31% With This “Rice Trash?!”
Does it seem like the second your lipid panel comes back, your doctor turns into one of those bobblehead dolls?
He’s just shaking his head no… over and over.
You’re trying to eat better… you’re taking your meds… and your numbers just aren’t moving.
Well, how would you like to bowl him over at your next appointment?
Imagine your doctor walking into the exam room… your results in his hand… and a stunned look on his face.
Your triglycerides are lower than they’ve been in YEARS!
Believe me, it’s possible. Because there’s a powerful compound that’s been proven to slash triglyceride levels 31% in just 16 weeks – all for just pennies a day.
The only problem? We’ve been throwing it in the trash for years.
If your doc has been on you about your triglyceride levels, I don’t blame him.
High triglycerides drive fatty liver disease… increase your chance of suffering a stroke… and TRIPLE your risk of heart attack.
So what’s the answer?
It’s called gamma-oryzanol. And it’s extracted from rice bran — the outer layer that is stripped off white rice during milling.
Rice mills around the world produce millions of tons of rice bran every year. Most of it gets tossed or sold as animal feed.
Because nobody realized what they were throwing away.
Japanese researchers figured it out in the 1980s. They isolated gamma-oryzanol from rice bran and discovered it had remarkable effects on triglycerides.
They ran a controlled trial with patients suffering from dangerously high triglycerides and blood lipids.
For 16 weeks, participants took 300 mg of gamma-oryzanol daily.
The results were striking…
Triglycerides dropped 31%—from an average of 250 mg/dL down to 173 mg/dL.
That’s the difference between “high risk” and “borderline normal.”
And it happened with zero reported side effects. No nausea. No muscle pain. No liver problems.
But the Japanese study wasn’t alone.
Researchers ran another trial using hamsters on a high-triglyceride diet. Half received gamma-oryzanol mixed into their food. Half didn’t.
The gamma-oryzanol group showed a 46% reduction in triglycerides.
Nearly half. Gone.
So how does a rice waste product accomplish what your doctor’s diet sheet can’t?
Gamma-oryzanol is a mixture of ferulic acid esters and plant sterols that work together to regulate how your body processes fats.
It inhibits an enzyme called HMG-CoA reductase in your liver—one of the key controllers of fat metabolism.
But it also acts as a powerful antioxidant. (Studies show it’s four times more effective than vitamin E at protecting your cells from oxidative damage!)
That matters because high triglycerides don’t just float harmlessly in your blood. They cause inflammation. They make your blood thicker and more likely to clot. They damage your pancreas and liver.
Gamma-oryzanol stops that cascade.
Gamma-oryzanol supplements are widely available, usually derived from rice bran oil. Look for products standardized to at least 95% gamma-oryzanol.
The Japanese study used 300 mg daily—taken with meals for 16 weeks. Most products run $10-$15 per month.
