You’ve worked hard… seen your family grow… and maybe even traveled to some amazing places…

But no matter how old you are… or how much life “experience” you have…

There’s no shame in having those moments of COUDLA, WOULDA, SHOULDA!

Now, a new study says the majority of seniors now feel this way about their HEALTH.

But thankfully, it’s not too late to turn a corner.

A national survey of adults over 65 conducted by OnePoll found that 2 in 3 older adults REGRET not taking their health more seriously when they were younger.

These findings are fascinating because the same study found that 86% of seniors take their health more seriously NOW than they did when they were younger, including:

  • 71% walk to stay in shape
  • 25% lift weights
  • 20% bike and/or run
  • 19% even do yoga

In addition to being more vigilant with exercise, seniors are also taking steps like:

  • Drinking more water (34%)
  • Taking vitamins (28%)
  • Getting more sleep (15%)

Those are all great foundations for a healthy life—no matter your age!

So, even if you “wish” you did these things years ago, it’s a classic case of never being too late to start something!

You can’t turn back time, but incorporating healthy habits like walking, eating healthy foods and limiting processed sugars, and getting plenty of rest are simple, no-nonsense pillars of a healthy lifestyle.

Talk to your doctor about an approach that works well for you at your particular stage of life.

To never being too late to be healthy,
