This food is KILLING your brain!
Friend, there’s no denying it…
The CRAP and JUNK that epitomizes the Western diet is destroying our bodies.
You’ve probably seen the latest headlines highlighting this on-going problem.
CNN (and others) put out a story that read…
“Ultra-processed foods linked to ovarian and other cancer deaths, study finds”
The story listed prepackaged soups, sauces, frozen pizza and ready-to-eat meals, as well as hot dogs, sausages, French fries, sodas, store-bought cookies, cakes, candies, doughnuts, and ice cream as major culprits.
Make those a focal point of your daily diet and you’ll be a sitting duck for all kinds of health issues.
But there’s something this story didn’t highlight about one of the MOST CONSUMED foods here in America…
And it’s found in everything from salad dressings, to potato chips, and even baby formula.
In fact, it’s found in SO many things, Americans guzzle nearly 10 TONS of it each year!
And this one is putting millions on a fast track to major brain deterioration!
Soybean oil is the most widely consumed oil in America. Fast-food chains use it, and you’ll find it in the countless snacks and treats lining the grocery aisles.
It’s practically impossible NOT eat soybean oil!
But researchers have been studying the effects of soybean oil for years and have now concluded that it’s directly linked to brain damage!
Lab studies concluded that soybean oil negatively alters more than 100 genes in the human body – including the one that controls oxytocin (aka the “love” hormone).
But don’t be fooled by the name… oxytocin is produced in your hypothalamus. This brain region regulates mood and behavior – two things that change with the onset of Alzheimer’s and other neurological conditions.
But lower levels of oxytocin can have a very negative impact on your brain health and function. And unfortunately, soybean oil is a major culprit!
Okay, so you probably can’t COMPLETELY escape soybean oil… but there is plenty you can do to limit your exposure.
The best way is to stick to natural foods… these are the foods you find on the outer perimeter of your grocery store.
Fruits, vegetables, and organic meats don’t contain a single drop of soybean oil!
It’s also important to read your food labels. Look for foods made with healthy oils like olive oil, or even butter. Trust me, they’re out there!
And if you’re out for a meal, you can ask that it be prepared WITHOUT soybean oil. Any reputable restaurant should gladly substitute for olive oil.
To the power of REAL food,
