In fact, studies have revealed alginate’s ability to SUPPRESS obesity and metabolic syndrome.

In a 2018 animal study out of South Korea, subjects fed kombu showed REDUCED levels of “belly bugs” associated with obesity… and INCREASED levels of bugs associated with leanness.

Even better, the subjects lost weight… despite making ZERO changes to the amount of food they ate.

Your local sushi restaurant may serve kombu dried (“dashi konbu”) or pickled (“su konbu”)…

And your local Asian market or health food store may sell it in dried sheets.

Keep in mind that eating too much kombu… and getting too much iodine… could actually SUPPRESS your thyroid function.
