[Shocker] This ELECTRIFYING therapy gives knee OA pain the boot
When arthritis pain kicks in… it can figuratively bring you to your knees.
But your knees are so sore and worn-out… you can’t even kneel!
Over time, wear and tear can really do a number on your joints…
And your knees can take the brunt of it.
Your mobility is limited…
And even just getting out of bed in the morning takes some MAJOR effort.
But there’s relief in sight, friend – believe me.
Because there’s a drug-free way to make osteoarthritis less AGONIZING…
And to help you move around a little bit more… and a little bit better.
Wait till you feel the difference it makes!
‘Needle therapy’ for your knees
In a recent study out of China, acupuncture sessions conducted 3 times weekly over the course of 8 weeks produced improvements in pain and function in knee osteoarthritis patients.
Now, that may seem like a long time…
But some knee OA patients NEVER get that kind of relief!
And like many natural alternatives, acupuncture isn’t necessarily a “quick fix.”
While you may notice some differences right away… including some feelings of relaxation…
The benefits of acupuncture are cumulative over time.
That’s why it’s no surprise that in this latest study, the improvements continued to SOAR even beyond those first 2 months…
Specifically at the 16-week and 26-week marks.
The researchers tested two types of acupuncture in the study:
- manual acupuncture, which involves thin needles being inserted and manipulated at certain key points
- electro-acupuncture, in which the needles carry an electrical current
Both types eventually outperformed “sham” acupuncture… which is basically when needles are used in random areas…
But participants who received electro-acupuncture felt LESS pain and experienced BETTER function earlier on.
Now, if electrical currents sound a little scary to you… rest assured that you’ll only feel a slight pulsation at the point of insertion.
And electrical currents even without needles have shown to be effective in relieving the symptoms of osteoarthritis.
One non-invasive option is Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation (TENS)… which involves placing electrode patches on the pain point (a.k.a. your knees) and receiving either high-frequency or low-frequency pulses.
In fact, it could be SO effective at relieving pain and stiffness… it could help you take FEWER pain pills!
To no longer being knee-deep in pain,

P.S. You can combine acupuncture and/or electro-stimulation with supplements that support joint health… and can specifically help knee OA.
Some options include capsaicin… curcumin… sesame seed… and eggshell membrane.
