Is salt cancer’s KRYPTONITE?

Myths and nonsense around SALT have been hammered into our heads by the feds, mainstream researchers, and even your own doctor.

They practically instill the fear of God into you by saying even a little bit of salt in your diet will give you high blood pressure and cause either a heart attack or stroke.

It’s enough to have you tossing the salt shaker in the trash!

But salt ISN’T all bad… and now there’s research proving salt could have HEALING powers for cancer patients.

According to a study led by the University of Georgia and published in the journal Advanced Materials, sodium chloride nanoparticles (SCNPs) could stealthily enter cancer cells and destroy from within, causing cell death.

The study also found that this cell ‘death’ could then trigger an immune response that enables the body to ward off new tumor growth!

But how could salt possibly be toxic to cancer cells?

According to this study, it boils down the specific nanoparticles found in salt.

Your cells maintain a ‘barrier’ that keeps low sodium concentrations inside your cells and higher sodium concentrations outside your cells. This prevents exceptionally large doses of sodium from entering your cells.

But researchers have discovered that SCNPs are able to ‘sneak through’ because the cell doesn’t recognize them as sodium ions.

And once inside a cell, SCNPs dissolve into millions of sodium and chloride ions that are trapped inside and overwhelm your cell’s protective mechanisms, which induces cell death.

During this process, molecules leak out and signal to your immune system that there’s tissue damage, inducing an inflammatory response that helps the body fight pathogens… specifically cancerous cells and tumors!

In fact, researchers found in lab studies that that this SCNP treatment suppressed tumor growth by 66% and caused ZERO damage to any organs!

It should be noted that SCNPs are not a current treatment for cancer, but the research and findings around SCNPs are extremely promising as a viable option. If you have cancer or have a history of cancer, it’s important to continue to get regular screenings with your oncologist and carve out a carefully-crafted treatment plan.
