We’ve all had some joint pain after a hard day’s work in the yard… or sometimes even after a hard workout.

And if you have ARTHRITIS, you know first-hand how to manage that joint pain.

But did you know that a pair of inflammatory diseases can also attack your joints… and even INCREASE your risk of the most common type of arthritis?

Luckily, I have natural solutions that help CONTROL them and give your joints some added protection (no OTC drugs needed!).

A study published in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases reports that folks with asthma and eczema have a higher risk of developing OSTEOARTHRITIS (aka the “wear-and-tear” arthritis).

Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis in the U.S., and it occurs when the cartilage that cushions and protects the ends of your bones breaks down.

But this new study concluded that people with asthma or eczema were 58% MORE LIKELY to develop osteoarthritis within an eight-year period.

So how can asthma and/or eczema INCREASE the risk of osteoarthritis?

I know, it seems crazy… but the three conditions (asthma, eczema, and arthritis) are more connected than you realize…

Often, asthma and eczema are ALLERGIC reactions. They target your airways and skin, respectively.

And the culprit of both?

INFLAMMATION—which is also the hallmark culprit of osteoarthritis!

Here’s the bottom line…

Having asthma, eczema, OR arthritis is nothing to hang your head about. But like most diseases—it’s all about controlling inflammation. And that can be done without drugs.

For instance, we’ve touched on how forskolin supplements can help reduce airway inflammation in asthma patients…

How the oil extract from the cedar tree can stop eczema flareups

And, how bromelain extract can improve pain scores in folks with osteoarthritis.

Just remember… control the inflammation, and you can control the disease!

As always, be sure to talk to your doctor before starting any supplement regimen.

To beating inflammation,

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
