They’re SUPPOSED to make you sleep like a baby

They’re DESIGNED to help you wake up feeling recharged and refreshed

And, they PROMISE you won’t get hooked on them…

Sure, there are plenty of SLEEPING PILLS that check those boxes.

But a new study found that, while these popular sleep “aids” can help you get some shut-eye…

They can also seriously mess with your BRAIN!

But you don’t have to sacrifice your brain health for a good night’s sleep, because today I have a solution to help you sleep soundly.

The best part? It doesn’t carry any of the risks of RX-grade sleeping pills.

A new study published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Disease has linked heavy use of sleeping medications to the development of DEMENTIA.

Before I dive into the details, I want to emphasize that this was based on HEAVY use of sleeping pills.

The 15-year study looked at over 3,000 older adults without dementia and determined that people in the study who classified themselves as using sleep medications “often” or “almost always” in some instances had a 79% higher chance of developing dementia compared to those who “rarely” or “never” used them.

The study also noted that there was NO increased risk of dementia for participants who took sleeping medications “sometimes.”

Again, we’re talking HEAVY usage here. But a Harvard study noted that sleep medications can be tough to stop taking, which inevitably means some folks develop a dependency.

Now, if you currently take sleeping pills this this doesn’t mean you’ll suddenly fry your brain. Just note that you CAN take TOO MANY of them which can cause frightening health issues.

But getting help in the sleep department doesn’t mean you have to succumb to high-powered drugs, either.

Many in the mainstream trash MELATONIN – ironically claiming that you can take “too much” of it.

But toss out that claim with the garbage. Melatonin is safe, natural, and you won’t get hooked. Just remember to stick with the 3 mg dosage.

If you have any questions about how much you should take or are thinking about starting a melatonin regimen, talk to your doctor. Many folks start with less than 3 mg per day and work their way up.

To getting great sleep the natural way,

Sarah Reagan
