'Gut bug' causing brain FOG?

You’ve been feeling a little FOGGIER than you used to…

And OF COURSE you begin to fear the WORST.

But there’s a very good chance that your brain fog is REVERSIBLE

And that you HAVEN’T bought a one-way ticket to memory decline.

Friend, I can’t even BEGIN to tell you how many factors could contribute to foggy-headedness

From drugs you’re taking and cancer treatments you’re receiving…

To hormonal imbalancesinfections… and even government-mandated lockdowns!

Fortunately, it’s possible that the fog could ROLL OUT… just like it ROLLED IN.

You just need to identify and address its TRUE root cause.

Believe me, it’s not always EASY. Sometimes the culprit isn’t OBVIOUS.

It might not even be something your doc might think to LOOK for.

But it’s worth doing some serious digging… and going down every possible avenue…

If it means STAYING sharp as a tack well into your “golden years”!

Here’s one sneaky culprit that could be playing hide-and-seek with you… while it’s MESSING with your mental sharpness.

Come out, come out, wherever you are

No one would EVER blame you for wondering if your brain fog might be a sign of something more serious… like dementia.

But what it COULD be a sign of is something MUCH more mundane… commonplace… and, best of all, TREATABLE.

It could be a red flag that yeast has started taking over.

Now, you’re probably familiar with the kind of yeast infections that happen “down there”…

Especially after a round of antibiotics that WIPES OUT everything that normally PROTECTS you from a yeast overgrowth.

But the SAME fungus that causes those down-there problems… Candida albicans… can also INVADE other parts of your body

Including your BRAIN, where it could UNLEASH excess inflammation.

And the memory problems it can cause can MIMIC Alzheimer’s disease.

That’s right – the same fungus that could be floating around HARMLESSLY in your gut and mouth could work its way into your bloodstream.

Even worse, it could cross the blood-brain barrier… and cause some real HAVOC.

According to a 2019 animal study, brain cells called microglia RALLY AROUND the fungal invaders to try to CAPTURE and ISOLATE them…

But that activity causes some structural brain abnormalities to develop… ones that look a lot like what happens in the brains of folks with Alzheimer’s.

Now, it didn’t take A LOT of yeast to cause some memory deficits in mice. In fact, the researchers induced only a low-grade yeast infection in the study subjects.

That means that in a real-world setting, yeast overgrowth might NOT be strong enough to present itself in the form of severe disease

But it might be just enough to sabotage normal brain activity.

Here’s the good news…

Once the researchers CLEARED the yeast overgrowth in that study, the subjects’ memory function REVERTED back to its normal state!

Now, the first thing you would need to do is have your doc test for Candida overgrowth.

But if you can’t get into your doc’s office right away… or even if the test doesn’t show an abundance of yeast per se…

You can still try some natural ways of BEATING BACK yeast to see if they help you feel better.

Your 3 biggest “yeast cleanse” options include:

  1. probiotics, especially ones specifically formulated for anti-yeast action
  2. herbal anti-fungals, like oregano oil, olive leaf extract, undecanoic acid from castor bean oil, and horopito, and
  3. dietary changes, including focusing on anti-inflammatory foods and eliminating sugar.

Cutting out sugar and reducing inflammation will also help support healthy brain function!

And if it turns out that your brain fog ISN’T from a fungus… you have plenty of other potential culprits to eliminate…

Including hidden parasites.

To not jumping to conclusions,
Sarah Reagan
