Nowadays, it may be hard to remember that sunny disposition you once had.

Because as soon as “the change” started to come… your mood has become DARK and STORMY.

Mood changes are a hallmark of menopause

And even before your cycle completely ceases, you may find that depression has begun to OVERSHADOW some of life’s little pleasures

Mention any of this to your doc, and he’ll scramble so fast to prescribe a mood med… it’ll make your head spin.

But you may NOT need one of Big Pharma’s pills to mess around with your brain chemicals.

Because there’s one simple change you can make to your dinner plate that could ELELVATE your mood…

And pull you OUT of the throes of depression.

Bounce back with THIS

Ladies, a recent study out of Korea revealed a simple trick to getting your mood back into the swing of things

Consume more fiber!

The theory is that dietary fiber content can help OPTIMIZE the gut microbiome

Which is MORE connected to your brain than you might think!

Scientists call it the “gut-brain axis”…

And what it means is that the bugs in your belly can actually INFLUENCE your mood

Unfortunately, most Americans eat only HALF the amount of fiber recommended by experts…

And you know how so-called “experts” are always LOW-BALLING their recommendations!

Now, this was just an observational study… which means the researchers didn’t tweak the participants’ fiber intake to see whether it affected their mental state.

They simply ANALYZED what the study subjects reported in terms of their level of depression and how much fiber they ate.

But other studies have also shown how nutrition can help BANISH the blues.

Just earlier this year, I shared with you how the keto diet can help balance your gut bugs… and, as a result, alleviate anxiety

Some good food sources of fiber include fruits and veggies…

But you can also supplement with psyllium husk…

Or prebiotic fibers like inulin, which have shown antidepressant effects in animal studies.

To shooing the blues,
