Well, it may not officially be spring yet…

But we’ve already “sprung forward”… and the pollen count is getting ready to kick back in.

Pretty soon, every time your neighbor mows the lawn… or a gust of wind picks up… you could be left SUFFERING.

And no matter WHAT triggers your seasonal allergies… be it pollen, ragweed, trees, or even dust…

An antihistamine may have already become part of your DAILY routine.

Unfortunately, some of those pills can dry you out… make you feel sleepy… and even  .

But there’s something else you can try – an ancient food source that’s stood the test of time.

An aquatic antihistamine

The nutrition-packed food called spirulina is actually a type of blue-green algae — and when you eat it, you get A LOT of bang for your buck.

Just a small amount contains proportionately more protein than an equivalent serving of chicken or beef.

No wonder NASA wants to feed this “superfood” to astronauts in space!

You COULD survive on spirulina and water alone… THEORETICALLY… but I don’t think anybody could keep a diet like that up if they didn’t HAVE to.

But ADDING spirulina to your routine could do something else.

It could help alleviate some of the MADDENING symptoms of seasonal allergies!

I’m talking about a red, runny nosesneezingitching… and more.

Spirulina doesn’t just RELIEVE inflammation… and REDUCE inflammatory markers

Because spirulina has shown in studies to help BALANCE your immune response.

That MISERY you feel when your allergies are acting up? It’s actually your immunity WORKING OVERTIME.

Specifically, your immune system’s “mast cells” are PUMPING out a substance called histamine.

Histamine is what tickles your nose and makes your skin feel itchy… so you sneeze out and scratch off any allergens!

It’s actually a GENIUS process that can rid our bodies of many irritants.

But once something TRIGGERS that histamine release… even something INNOCUOUS… your immune system doesn’t always know when to let up.

That’s where spirulina steps in…

Because it can actually INHIBIT the release of histamine, too!

All of those actions I just mentioned can provide a SIGNIFICANT reprieve from your allergies.

And as a NATURAL antihistamine, spirulina doesn’t carry the risks that Big Pharma’s  drugs do (like upping your risk of dementia).

The FDA has granted it Generally Recognized as Safe (GRAS) status…

And you can find spirulina supplements in capsule form widely available at your local health food store or online.

Look for one that’s been certified organic, as spirulina can absorb toxic metals and other contaminants if it’s not grown in a safe and controlled environment.

To a respite from runny noses,

Melissa Young
