We know far too well the daily frustrations folks face when trying to manage diabetes…

The constant monitoring, insulin injections, and limiting your favorite foods. It’s a relentless hamster wheel—trying to keep blood sugar stable despite life’s curveballs.

The temptation just to say ‘to heck with it!‘ and indulge anyway creeps in for all of us. But the consequences will inevitably catch up through health complications down the road. If only better solutions existed without side effects…

Well folks, promising research sheds light on a simple solution that could help offset your blood sugar spikes and medication needs!

UK scientists discovered that sitting under a red light for 15 minutes worked MAGIC through our cellular powerplants. These tiny structures—called mitochondria—convert fuel into body energy.

Get this—red light flipped those cellular engines into overdrive, boosting energy output by nearly 30%! Well, to produce extra energy, the mitochondria needed more fuel—specifically oxygen and blood glucose. So they soaked up additional blood sugar that was floating around to meet that revved up metabolic demand.

And by needing more blood sugar for cellular fuel, it lowered overall blood glucose levels measurable in the bloodstream. The excess blood sugar got soaked up—dropping levels 15% on average!

The BEST part for diabetics is, it clipped that post-meal glucose spike by 7.5%. Not too shabby!

By soaking up more blood glucose, you can ease off of diabetic medications while protecting your organs from surplus sugar—which can lead to widespread damage.

While more research is still needed, scientists theorize our modern lifestyle depletes our body’s natural energy reserves. We instinctively CRAVE regenerating light wavelengths that nature provides through sunlight.

It’s common sense—like how relaxing in the sun can energize and rejuvenate us. Researchers believe supplementing all the unhealthy blue light of screens with occasional red light may nourish our exhausted cells in a similar way.

Essentially, they suspect our biological energies are running on empty and intuitively seek the nourishing properties of natural light that technology has displaced.

So, make time for 15 minutes basking under natural light or red wavelength bulbs to offset digital damage and improve your health.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
