Winter is fast approaching, which means we’re gearing up for frigid temperatures in many parts of the country.

This makes it the perfect time of year to enjoy piping cup of coffee or tea.

It’s no secret that these beverages help warm the body (and soul) … can give you a little caffeine boost…and are full of health benefits!

Including lowering your risk of TWO potentially deadly diseases…

A study published in in the journal PLOS Medicine says drinking 2-3 cups of coffee AND 2-3 cups of tea per day lower your risk of developing DEMENTIA by 28%.

PLUS, the study found they can lower your risk of STROKE by 30%!

Numerous studies have identified the health benefits of drinking coffee and tea separately… but this study aimed to identify the healing powers of drinking BOTH.

The study authors found that drinking coffee and tea separately continues to help your body fend off both dementia and stroke… BUT when folks drank BOTH throughout the day, their protection increased significantly.

And with winter weather set to dig in, now is the perfect time to start partaking.

For instance, if you normally drink coffee, still enjoy your morning cup of Joe… but consider also sipping on a cup of hot tea during the afternoon.

Just remember, both coffee and tea contain caffeine. So, if you have a sensitivity to caffeine, be mindful.

To the benefits of coffee and tea,
