“Ultimate” flavanol cuts Alzheimer’s risk in HALF?
There’s a lot of noise in the news these days offering “hope” when it comes to STOPPING Alzheimer’s disease.
It’s great click-bait, but dig deeper and you’ll find that this “good news” boils down to a slew of drugs Big Pharma says will one day stop the disease in its tracks. Drugs that, more often than not, come riddled with side effects and are ineffective.
Instead, you can proactively fight back against Alzheimer’s with the help of a specific flavanol.
It could significantly REDUCE your risk of Alzheimer’s…
By HALF!
Flavanols are antioxidants commonly found in a variety of natural foods. Fruits and vegetables, for example, are proven to protect against diseases associated with oxidative stress and chronic inflammation—including Alzheimer’s!
But when it comes to flavanols that offer the BEST protection, researchers found that one group called kaempferol stands out.
Kaempferol is found in foods like kale, tea, beans, spinach, and broccoli.
In fact, researchers found, during the course of their six-year study, those who consumed the highest amount of kaempferol had a 51% lower risk of Alzheimer’s compared to those who consumed the lowest.
And even when compared to other flavanol groups, kaempferol was 13% HIGHER in protecting against the risk of Alzheimer’s.
While there’s no ‘cure’ for this devastating disease, eating a diet rich in flavanols—especially kaempferol—can give you the best shot at fending off Alzheimer’s.
Foods rich in kaempferol (like kale, broccoli, and spinach) all make great, nutritious side dishes and can be easily added to fruit smoothies to give it a vibrant ‘green’ color.
