Type 2 diabetes: The NEXT global health crisis?
Folks, I get upset when I hear about type 2 diabetes.
Not at those who are diagnosed with it… but with mainstream medicine’s notion that the disease somehow can’t be “cured.”
It makes me angry because type 2 diabetes CAN be cured with some simple lifestyle changes!
And it only adds fuel to the fire when the mainstream insists it can only be stopped with drugs!
Meanwhile type 2 diabetes cases continue to spiral to out-of-control levels…
Well, I’ve had ENOUGH!
Today I’m going to show you the grim outlook… and why you don’t have to be part of this sobering statistic.
According to new, updated projections, diabetes cases worldwide could more than double to an astonishing 1.3 BILLION by 2050.
Yes, that’s billion with a “B.”
Experts say this skyrocketing projection is due to increasing obesity rates and unhealthy lifestyles.
Not to sound insensitive, but…
DUH!
Many folks are just LAZIER, FATTER, and more ADDICTED to sugar than ever before! All of which create a ticking time bomb for more and more diabetes cases.
But stopping type 2 diabetes is really quite simple.
See, eating a boatload of CARBS—especially the sugar-laden variety found in the Western diet—will do nothing but make your blood sugar SKYROCKET.
But what most folks can’t wrap their head around is that eating a low-carb, high-protein diet that’s devoid of sugar and junk is the singlehanded, BEST way to stop type 2 diabetes.
In other words, type 2 diabetes CAN be cured naturally—but only if you’re willing to put in the work.
If you need a kickstart to eating less carbs without skimping on the taste, give a Paleo lifestyle a shot. Also called the “caveman” diet… you eat meat, eggs, veggies, fruits, and some fats (like avocado and nuts).
If you can kill it or grow it… you can eat it!
This, coupled with an active lifestyle, can ensure you’re not part of this growing diabetes epidemic.
