Summer’s not QUITE here (yet)…

But maybe you’re trying to SQUEEZE into your swimsuit… or FIT into your favorite pair of shorts…

In hopes you can wear them at the pool, beach, or a friend’s BBQ in a month or so.

Now, I can’t promise a chiseled, rock-hard physique…

But today, I can show you how to start igniting your “summer body” with a little FAT!

Research studies have found that drinking one cup of COFFEE can activate “brown fat” in your body – the type of fat that creates warmth, burns calories, and promotes weight loss!

That’s right… your body can use FAT to lose weight!

But how exactly does it work… and why does coffee stimulate this process?

“Brown fat” is technically called brown adipose tissue – which, for the longest time, was only thought to be found in human infants and hibernating animals.

But scientists have recently discovered that human adults (just like you) also have brown fat.

The problem is, most adults don’t properly “activate” it…

And that’s where coffee comes into play.

Thanks to thermal imaging, researchers have found that immediately after drinking one cup of coffee, your body’s brown fat cells are stimulated – thus promoting your body’s natural calorie-burning process.

Now, drinking coffee isn’t going to magically melt away a bunch of pounds or inches off your waistline…

But it CAN help your body remain in a steady calorie-burning state – making you less likely to hold onto those unwanted calories that lead to weight gain.

And remember, even though coffee can in the calorie-burning process, it doesn’t give you the green light to eat whatever you want.

A cornerstone of maintaining a healthy weight (or losing weight) is to eat a healthy diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and lean protein… and to stay active.

But a piping hot cup of Joe won’t hurt, either!

To natural weight control,

Sarah Reagan
