North India’s “miracle” tree masters blood sugar?
Diabetes doesn’t just set you up for a lifetime of FINGER PRICKS and painful INJECTIONS…
It can also put you on the fast track to other life-wrecking complications like:
- Cardiovascular disease,
- Kidney damage,
- Nerve damage,
- And even Alzheimer’s disease!
And Big Pharma’s “solution” to avoiding these problems?
Drugs… drugs… and more DRUGS!
But once again, Mother Nature has a safer path to BETTER blood sugar.
The blood sugar-SLASHING moringa leaf has been used for centuries in North India and East Africa… it comes from, what locals refer to as, a “miracle tree.”
Now, I don’t like to toss the term “miracle” around… but I sure like the SCIENCE behind moringa and its ability to lower blood sugar.
In a six-week clinical trial, researchers gave participants moringa leaf capsules in small doses, increasing the dosage every two weeks.
In as little as 30 minutes, participants saw a significant INCREASE in insulin secretion.
See, when LESS insulin secretion happens, it can lead to insulin deficiency, which leaves too much sugar in your blood and not enough in your cells for energy.
Another study found that when folks took 1.5 teaspoons (7 grams) of moringa leaf powder every day for three months it, on average, REDUCED their fasting blood sugar levels by 13.5%!
But why is moringa so effective against spikes in blood sugar?
It all has to do with plant compounds called isothiocyanates.
Isothiocyanates are abundant in edible plants such as moringa. They help with overall glucose tolerance and insulin signaling… both of which are problematic for those with high blood sugar and/or diabetes.
In other words, moringa is packed with compounds that help your body better regulate—and tolerate—sugar.
So not only does moringa help the distribution of insulin throughout your body… it can also act IMMEDIATELY in cases when there’s a sudden spike in blood sugar.
If you have high blood sugar – or suffer from type 2 diabetes – talk to your doctor about moringa extract as an alternative to mainstream diabetes treatments.
