Nobody in their right mind LIKES back pain.

And sure, when your back does ache, you’ll probably do just about ANYTHING to make the pain go away, right?

Well, if this latest study is any indicator… they’ve got you right where they want you!

It’s a new, two-fold approach to healing back pain… and it’s being dubbed a “perfect” combination.

But I dug deeper and discovered that this might be the DUMBEST advice for healing your aching back YET.

Here’s what you need to know about this almost-comical treatment…

A new German research study claims that taking acetaminophen and ibuprofen TOGETHER appears to the “best way to relieve the misery of back pain.”

WHAT?!

The study claims that acetaminophen on its own is ineffective against back pain (which affects four in five adults).

But it somehow magically reduces symptoms when patients COMBINE the drug with non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as Ibuprofen.

In my opinion, this is reckless advice… and is setting people up for serious health complications just for some temporary back pain relief.

And credible studies back me up…

For starters, both acetaminophen AND ibuprofen are riddled with dangerous side effects when taken on their own, like:

  • High blood pressure
  • Stroke risk
  • Kidney disease
  • And, liver damage

So, can you imagine would could happen if you took them TOGETHER?!

And, there’s research on both humans and animals that common painkillers – including NSAIDs – can actually make your back pain WORSE in the long run.

A study published in Science Translational Medicine found that these drugs do reduce inflammation on the spot… which indeed leads to less pain in the short term…

But what they don’t do is actually “fix” whatever is wrong with your back… potentially allowing the root of the pain to FESTER and get WORSE.

And that means you’re either going to take more drugs… or potentially go under the knife!

In other words, taking them as a standalone isn’t a guarantee it’s going help your back… so are you willing to roll the dice and take them together?

I sure wouldn’t!

Luckily, you have much better – and natural options – like vitamin D and chuchuhuasi bark extract – just to name a few.

In the meantime, PLEASE don’t fall for this latest back pain recommendation. And, as always, talk to your doctor before taking any new drug or supplement.

To stopping pain safely and responsibly,

Sarah Reagan

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
