Guys, don’t be ashamed if you have the occasional PEE problem.

A little “low flow” … or even some “stage fright” when hitting the loo doesn’t mean you to sound the alarm and have your prostate checked, prodded, or poked every which way.

But it doesn’t mean you should IGNORE it either!

Because the more frequently you find your pee “dribbling”, it could be a sign of a nasty colony of germs and bacteria that could cause your urinary tract to go completely haywire.

But before you rush for an antibiotic, I’ve got the scoop on how an ancient remedy used by Roman soldiers can help clean things up down there… safely and NATURALLY.

When most guys think of issues with their prostate… they immediately think the “c” word – CANCER.

But the fact is, the majority of issues “down there” are caused by inflammation – which certainly doesn’t equal cancer.

But prostate inflammation CAN lead to benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) – which can cause extremely uncomfortable symptoms like urine flow BLOCKAGE, urinary tract INFECTIONS, and even kidney PROBLEMS.

But STINGING NETTLE can help offset – and in some cases – STOP the worst symptoms of BPH.

Animal studies on stinging nettle have found that it can prevent the conversion of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone — which is a more potent form of testosterone that can cause inflammation of the prostate.

But stinging nettle can stop this conversion, reduce prostate size, and swelling.

Human studies on folks with BPH have found that stinging nettle extracts also treat short- and long-term urination problems BETTER than a placebo — often without side effects.

Remember, any irregularities with your urinary tract (and prostate) are nothing to ignore – so talk with your doctor if anything is “off.”

But with most urinary tract infections, too often the go-to treatments are high-powered antibiotics – which can kill off your good gut bacteria that are imperative to a healthy immune system.

Consider pushing back on antibiotics for something more natural – like stinging nettle. Extracts and supplements can be found at most health food stores – usually for less than $10.

As with any supplement, be sure to only take the dosage listed on the product label.

To better urinary health,

Sarah Reagan

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
