Few things in life are more humbling than BACK PAIN.

And unfortunately, the older you get, the more likely you are to suffer from it.

Studies have found that nearly 70% of older adults struggle with back pain… with lower back pain being the most common problem that results in discomfort and disability.

Even if you manage to push through and ‘suck it up’, it doesn’t mean that it’s not affecting your overall quality of life.

In fact, a Georgetown University study found that older adults with back pain are LESS satisfied with their retirement.

And let’s face it… popping pain killers during your golden years isn’t any way to live!

But I’ve got something cool to show you today…

It’s a non-drug ‘therapy’ that’s showing major promise.

It could END your back pain once-and-for-all… in as little as four weeks!

Doctors and researchers in Norway have developed a new smartphone app called selfBack – which helps users identify their specific back pain and creates a long-term plan designed for each individual user.

Here’s how this unique app works:

Once you open the app, it will explain what back pain is, and it tailors advice to actions that you can take to deal with your back pain (like exercise, yoga, and other physical activities).

Then after answering a series of questions about your sitting position, your lifestyle, and your specific back issues, the app will share a customized plan that you can follow each week.

Sounds pretty cool (and easy), doesn’t it?!

And get this… studies have found that 52% of selfBack users have reported feeling better after just three months of using the app.

SelfBack is currently available for both Apple or Android smartphones.

It should be noted that I have no affiliation with selfBack or it’s developers. I simply thought this was a cool, science-based (and drug-free) tool that could help you if you’re dealing back pain.

If you’re currently on a back pain relief program with your doctor, be sure to discuss selfBack with him first before using it.

To some healthy screen time,
Sarah Reagan
