Seniors are starting to fall over like drunks – except in most cases, you can’t blame booze for this one.

Don’t blame age, either.

Blame the feds! Blame the media! Blame conventional medicine!

They’ve been keeping everyone so afraid of even SETTING FOOT outside their homes that many folks… especially OLDER folks… have spent more than a year COOPED UP inside.

All that fear-mongering caused people to QUESTION moving around and getting any activity in at all.

And new research shows how that, in turn, has led to…

  • LOW activity
  • POOR conditioning
  • WEAKER muscle, and
  • GREATER risk of falling.

But you don’t have to CAVE to the fear. And you certainly DON’T have to face ANY of those risks!

Get back up and at ’em

The relentless scare campaign has DRIVEN UP stress… and KICKED UP anxiety

And, as a University of Michigan poll shows, it’s led to SO LITTLE physical activity

Muscles are turning to jelly!

A third of adults over 50 who were surveyed say they became “couch potatoes” over the course of the pandemic.

And more than 1 in 4 believe key makers of conditioning have WORSENED as a result.

We’re talking about flexibilitymuscle strength… and endurance.

Even older folks are having even BIGGER problems… with 46% saying they have a greater fear of falling.

About a quarter of them say they actually HAD a fall since the pandemic started.

And sadly, many who were injured said they REFUSED to seek care they knew they needed…

Some of them ADMITTING it was because of the pandemic.

Imagine how TERRIFIED of visiting a doctor or hospital you must be to SUFFER through an injury that could otherwise be TREATED?

How nuts is THAT????

Again, blame the establishment for this one.

NOTHING about the past year-and-change should’ve stopped A SINGLE PERSON from going out into the fresh air and moving around a little

Be it in the garden… on a walk around the neighborhood… or even hitting the links.

Getting outside isn’t just GOOD for your soul…

It’s CRUCIAL for your health and mobility, too… as the new survey shows so clearly.

If the mainstream has still got you worried about resuming your favorite activities, maybe it’s time to pick up a new hobby.

Because there’s at least one exception to the pandemic SCARING folks into staying home

And that’s golf.

Sure, some of the courses got shut down for a couple of months at the very beginning… when pretty much everybody in charge took the whole “better safe than sorry” thing about as far as it could go.

But nowadays, most of ’em are open. And the good news is the risk of golfing is SO low… the courses have generally escaped any subsequent threat of health restrictions or closures.

Even CNN had to admit how safe they are!

The Wall Street Journal says the golf industry saw a half-million NEW golfers showing up for their tee times during the pandemic!

Even more ladies have been picking up golf clubs – some for the first time.

It’s not hard to understand why. You’ve got plenty of space out there. And if you don’t ride the golf cart the ENTIRE time, you can get a nice bit of exercise.

Haven’t tried it before?

Now might be the perfect time to “tee up.”

P.S. If you’ve been LOCKED AWAY for a little too long, you might be MISSING OUT on the “sunshine vitamin,” vitamin D.

Taking a supplement can help RESTORE your levels of D… which isn’t JUST critical to healthy bone.

It could also help reduce the risk of falling… and help BOOST your mood (which has most certainly taken a hit after spending all that time indoors and alone).
