If you’ve got type 2 diabetes, mainstream medicine doesn’t just want you to take 1 pill.

It wants to PILE ON the pills!

They’ll tell you the ONLY way to keep your blood sugar under control is to take MULTIPLE blood sugar-lowering drugs

And sometimes even insulin.

And then of course there are the heart pills… the BP meds… and the cholesterol drugs… which they’ll say go hand-in-hand with the heart risk posed by diabetes.

But they won’t stop there…

Because then there are the antidepressants… the thyroid meds

And other pills used to treat diabetic complications… or to OFFSET side effects from OTHER drugs you’re taking!

And the pill carousel spins ’round and ’round.

Anything that would help you ditch even ONE of those drugs would practically be heaven-sent.

And today I’ve got something to share with you that I GUARANTEE you’ve never heard of before.

The herders’ secret to a life FREE of diabetes

In some of the former USSR countries of Central Asia… there’s a traditional yogurt-style drink that could help beat back diabetes.

It’s known by the names “chal” in Turkmenistan and “shubat” in Kazakhstan…

And it’s particularly popular as a refreshing summer beverage in hot weather.

Like other yogurt products such as kefir, it’s fermented

But there’s something that makes this creamy drink stand apart from the rest.

It’s made from camel milk!

Now, I know what your knee-jerk reaction might be to the idea of consuming anything from a camel.

But in the Middle East and other parts of the world, camels aren’t just a “beast of burden.” They’re also considered dairy livestock just like cows… goats… and sheep.

In fact, fermented camel milk is so popular in Central Asian countries… you can find it in the dairy aisle of pretty much any local grocery store.

The fermentation process contributes a rich content of probiotics to this camel milk drink… which has digestive, antimicrobial, and even immune benefits.

And as you’ve read right here in eAlert, probiotics have also shown to help improve glucose metabolism… literally NEUTRALIZING sugar.

But it turns out that even just plain ol’ camel milk… without the fermentation process (or “souring”)… could help turn diabetes around!

And it has certain advantages that put it head and shoulders above milk from cows.

In vitro and animal studies have shown that camel milk IMPROVES…

  • overall glycemic control
  • fasting glucose
  • Hba1c
  • insulin resistance
  • and more.

That may be because of its effects on insulin secretion, by inhibiting the enzyme dipeptidyl peptidase IV (DPP-IV).

But that’s not all…

Because it also acts against EVEN MORE enzymes that contribute to diabetes progression.

It’s been shown that camel milk is ALSO an inhibitor of alpha-amylase and alpha-glucosidase…

Which helps REDUCE the amount of sugar created from the food you eat and absorbed (and stored) by your body.

Sometimes alpha-amylase inhibitors are nicknamed “carb blockers”!

In a 2014 out of Malaysia, camel milk OUTPERFORMED cow milk in its alpha-amylase and alpha-glucosidase inhibition.

And there’s NO question as to how powerful this enzyme inhibition can be in helping BEAT BACK diabetes…

Because Big Pharma has developed several diabetes drug classes around these exact same mechanisms!

In fact, in one community in India, researchers found ZERO cases of diabetes among those who consumed camel milk.

NONE!

Fortunately, it’s been found that camel milk is easy for humans to digest – at least, easier than cow milk.

Too many folks have difficulty processing what we consider “dairy” in this country – sometimes because of proteins that are specific to cow milk.

But from a molecular standpoint, camel milk is actually closer to human breastmilk!

Now, you don’t have to hop on a plane to try camel milk for yourself.

A U.S. company called Desert Farms is working with traditional Amish and Mennonite farmers to create camel milk products, including kefir. They’re based in California – but no matter where you are in this country, you can order directly from them online.

To upgrading your milk routine,

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
