And most recently, a study out of Spain published just this year showed how supplementing with marula extract IMPROVED glucose control in prediabetics.

I’m talking about oral glucose tolerance test results… but ALSO insulin levels and markers for insulin resistance.

And the researchers started to see a significant difference in the study subjects after just 40 days (although the study continued to a full 90 days).

Compare that to the placebo group… which showed NO changes whatsoever!

Now, the study’s authors say they don’t understand EXACTLY how marula works to help PERFECT blood sugar

But if your blood sugar has gotten a little high… and you’re staring down the barrel of type 2 diabetes

Isn’t it a RELIEF to know that there’s something you can do so you don’t CONTINUE to move in the WRONG direction?

Unfortunately, you’d be hard-pressed to find marula fruit in the produce aisle…

And because it’s been largely IGNORED in this country, you won’t find it in supplement form just yet.

If you find marula oil, feel free to use it topically… but unless it’s specifically labeled “food grade,” you’re NOT supposed to ingest it!

And because it comes from the fruit’s seed and not the fruit flesh itself, it may not have the same effects on your blood sugar.
