Friend, if there’s ANYTHING that can make you feel OLD

It’s WEAKNESS!

You can DEAL with pain. But NOBODY wants to wake up one day… and realize that they’re FEEBLE.

Now, I’m not going to try to get you to join a gym. Because feeling weak… especially in your lower body… might have NOTHING to do with how much exercise you get.

Besides… how are you going to get up and move around… if your legs can’t carry you where you want to go?

Fortunately, researchers have PINPOINTED a culprit behind weak leg muscles

And it may surprise you.

Because as it turns out, it all boils down to your vessel health!

Here’s how to support healthy blood vessels… which can help SHORE UP your leg strength.

Aging legs need THIS

I’m sure you’ve already heard how cocoa can benefit your heart health.

But I wouldn’t blame you if you didn’t believe the headlines claiming that eating chocolate can save your heart!

That’s not EXACTLY true…

Because you need PURE, NATURAL cocoa… from the cacao plant

And not the sugar bombs you’ll find in the candy aisle!

But the science backing up the cardiovascular-supporting actions of cocoa is actually pretty solid.

Now, the latest research shows how the antioxidants found in cocoa… known as flavonols… can promote vessel health.

Even better – they work especially well in older folks.

In a small pilot study out of the UK, researchers found that supplementing with cocoa flavonols helped BOOST vascular function

Particularly in the lower limbs.

It actually works by helping STRENGTHEN the skeletal muscles in the legs.

You see, if your vessels aren’t delivering enough oxygen and nutrients in your blood to your leg muscles, you can become WEAK.

But improving blood flow… especially through the SMALLEST blood vessels… can help your legs stay STRONG

And help YOU stay mobile.

In this latest study, cocoa flavonol consumption was associated with not only INCREASED blood volume in the legs (as measured by ultrasound)… but also blood that flowed WITH EASE.

That could be because cocoa flavonols have been shown to help your body produce more nitric oxide – a key molecule involved in WIDENING your blood vessels (a.k.a. vasodilation).

Cocoa flavonols have also been shown to help maintain vessel elasticity… so they can stay FLEXIBLE instead of getting STIFF.

Now, the participants in this study consumed 450 to 500 mg of cocoa flavanols by eating cocoa chips with a high flavonol content (a minimum 7.5%), sold out of Switzerland under the brand name Acticoa.

If you’re not able to find that particular kind of unsweetened cocoa… either in solid or powdered forms (sometimes labeled as “Callebaut” chocolate)…

Check your local health food store for cocoa- or cacao-based supplements.

CocoaVia’s Heart & Brain Capsules and Heart & Brain Powder, for instance, each contain 450 mg of cocoa flavonols per serving.

To going cuckoo for cocoa,

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
