Back in the good old days, good sex was a SURE THING.

You could always RELY on being “ready to go” at the drop of a hat (or a pair of panties).

Well, friend, I’ve got news for you today…

Because the good old days could be HERE again… starting TODAY.

How will it feel to finally be able to PULL THE TRIGGER whenever you want… or whenever your spouse gets “that look” in their eye?

Imagine feeling confident that NOTHING’S holding you back

And that when you WANT “it” bad… you can GET it.

If you’re ready to fire up your sex life… and get feisty in the bedroom…

I’m here to REVEAL a seed trick that’s been HIDDEN in the pages of an ancient Sanskrit text.

Few Americans know about this secret… but once you experience it, you’ll have a hard time keeping it all to yourself.

90% success rate

A member of the pea family, fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) was used by ancient Egyptians as a ceremonial herb as far back as the year 1500 B.C.

Today, Southeast Asians use fenugreek seeds as a condiment in their dishes…

But these seeds also have THOUSANDS of years of medicinal use in the ancient practice of Ayurveda… where they’re known as “methi.

Folks often consume methi tea to ease digestive complaints

But the ancient text of the Kama Sutra recommends this spice for something else a little saucier… and SPECIFICALLY for women.

Sex!

In one study, gals with low sex drive took 600 mg daily – and after 8 weeks, they reported INCREASED desire and arousal.

Fenugreek seeds contain plant estrogens (a.k.a. phytoestrogens)… which have an estrogenic effect on women…

But that’s not all they can do.

Fenugreek can ALSO help boost the levels of testosterone.

And while you may think of testosterone as a “male” sex hormone… women need some levels of it too!

Especially to maintain a healthy libido.

Of course, fenugreek works on the T levels of men, too – even older guys.

In a 2015 study out of Australia, middle-aged and senior guys who took 600 mg daily of fenugreek seed extract over the course of 12 weeks experienced higher testosterone

And BETTER sexual function.

They more often woke up with “morning wood”… and they experienced more frequent sex-capades, too.

Researchers have identified a substance in fenugreek seeds that elevates T levels – called protodioscin, a type of furostanolic saponin.

Turns out, one study showed that when guys took a daily dose of 500 mg of fenugreek with high concentrations of protodioscin, a whopping 90% of them saw their T levels rise.

Some of the study participants experienced T levels that SKYROCKETED by as much as 46%!

In another study, a group of guys with no bedroom performance issues took 600 mg daily of fenugreek. After just 6 weeks, they reported BETTER sexual function… and libido levels that SOARED by as much as 28%.

That just goes to show that there’s ALWAYS room for even a little improvement!

Ayurvedic medicine recommends sautéing fenugreek seeds in ghee and drinking the mixture with a glass of dairy milk.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, fenugreek is known as “Hu Lu Ba”… which is also consumed as a “seed tea.”

If you’re looking for fenugreek seed extract in supplement form, you should know that the male clinical studies I mentioned above involved two different patented extracts…

Known by the brand names Furosap (standardized to 20% protodioscin) and Testofen.

Look for either of these as ingredients in male performance or testosterone-boosting herbal formulas.

For the ladies, the study I just shared with you looked at the effects of another patented extract, called Libifem.

It’s the star ingredient in the women’s libido formula called Libido Fem from the NOW line of supplements.

Of course, you can choose any fenugreek supplement from a quality maker you trust. Look for one that sources non-GMO fenugreek seeds.

It has an excellent safety record for healthy adults…

But as it can ALSO thin your blood… and lower your blood sugar… you’ll want to check with your doc before combining it with any Rx meds or other supplements you may already be taking.

There’s one more thing I should mention – but there’s no need for alarm.

Consuming fenugreek can cause your pee to smell like maple syrup!

To starting your engine,

Melissa Young
