Believe it or not, there’s ONE type of molecule in your body that controls HUNDREDS of processes.

This “signaling molecule” is called nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide, or NAD+.
One of its MAJOR functions is to activate sirtuins – a.k.a. proteins that play a key role in cellular health.
Sirtuins ZERO IN on your genetic material… specifically, the little “caps” at the end of your DNA strands, called telomeres.
As you age, those caps shorten over time… and even break off.
But activated sirtuins can help keep your telomeres LONG – a sign of YOUNGER biological age.
Long telomeres could even mean SLOWER aging… and a LONGER life!
Problem is, the older you get, the more your NAD+ reserves can take a nosedive.
By the time you’re 50, you could have just HALF as much NAD+ as you did when you were younger…
And by age 80, your supplies could DWINDLE down to just 1% of what they once were.
It could be because our bodies PRODUCE LESS of it with age… or USE MORE of it to beat back the excess oxidative stress and damage that come with age.
