Even if your blood pressure goes just a little high… your doc might start SALIVATING over all the drugs he can try out on you.

What he WON’T tell you is that a couple of points in your “top” or “bottom” numbers may be nothing to worry about – especially if you’re on the older side, since BP tends to rise as we age.

Or that in many cases, making a few lifestyle changes in diet and exercise are ENOUGH to do the trick.

In fact, there are ways to manage mild hypertension naturally

While also ENHANCING vascular function… and OPTIMIZING blood flow!

Here’s one that could help NUDGE your numbers in the right direction.

A bean-based BOON for your BP

If you have a daily coffee habit, you might not think much about where your favorite brew comes from.

And the truth may SURPRISE you.

Those “beans” in your grinder are actually roasted SEEDS found in the fruits of the coffee plant!

Whether your choice is “Arabica” (Coffea arabica) or “Robusta” coffee (Coffea canephora)…

Those seeds are PACKED with health-promoting compounds while they’re “green.”

But the roasting process can DRAIN them of their powers.

That’s why you may have seen headlines recently touting the benefits of “green coffee”…

Especially when it comes to hypertension.

A 2014 meta-analysis showed that taking green coffee extract helped LOWER the “top” (or systolic) number in BP readings by an average of 4.31 points… and the “bottom” (or diastolic) number by 3.68 points.

That study’s authors call the effect “moderate”…

But that’s EXACTLY what you want when your hypertension is MILD… and your BP readings are just a little bit higher than your doc would like them to be.

SHAVING just a handful of points off your readings may make the difference between managing your blood pressure naturally

And being ORDERED to fill a prescription for a BP med!

The key seems to be a substance found in green coffee beans, called chlorogenic acid (CGA).

A potent antioxidant, CGA can NEUTRALIZE free radicalsBOOST nitric oxide levels… and IMPROVE blood vessel function, especially in the vessel walls.

In addition to BEATING BACK oxidative stress, chlorogenic acid may lower blood pressure through another action, too.

It may help INHIBIT the production of the “stress hormone” cortisol, which can raise blood pressure.

According to published studies, you could see a difference in your own readings in as little as 4 weeks.

Now, green coffee does contain caffeine… just like black coffee does.

But you can get plenty of chlorogenic acid from decaffeinated green coffee bean extract, which comes in supplement form.

Chlorogenic acid also has STIMULATING qualities… but it’s about 1/3 as potent as caffeine.

So, you’re much less likely to get the jitters from it.

Research shows that it’s safe for most folks to take… but check with your doc before starting to take anything new.

To not stressing over BP,
