Did the ancient Romans find the cure for anxiety… hiding in fish guts?

If you’re struggling with anxiety, every day feels like a battle… against yourself.

The nervous, racing thoughts… and the constant worrying… can be absolutely paralyzing.

But more than 2,000 years ago, the Romans discovered a fermented fish sauce that became a staple of their diets.

It helped them think more calmly and clearly – and so they started using it as medicine, too.

Now, research – and stories from real people – are showing that this fish concoction can soothe away even the most stubborn anxiety.

But, trust me – you’ll never hear about this at a typical doctor’s office.

In the North Atlantic – swimming at depths of up to 3,000 feet – there’s a strange, eel-like fish called the blue ling.

The blue ling thrives off the coast of France. And when the ancient Romans were occupying what is now France, they came across a fermented blue ling sauce known as Garum Armoricum.

They ate it regularly… and started using it for medicine, too.

Now, Garum Armoricum fish sauce fell out of favor a long time ago – and you’d have a hard time finding it today.

But Garum Armoricum is still being harvested from blue ling fish – and dried, powdered, and turned into a supplement.

And research has shown that the Romans knew what they were doing. Garum Armoricum can still be a powerful weapon for fighting anxiety.

In a study published in the Journal of Advancement in Medicine, Cal Poly researchers tested Garum Armoricum on stressed-out college students. And within just weeks, their anxiety scores significantly improved.

Another study on people suffering from health conditions like anxiety and fatigue produced significant reductions in anxiety scores in just 15 days!

Clinical Education, an organization that provides continuing education to doctors, has even featured Garum Armoricum as an anxiety-fighter… but you’ll still never hear about it in American doctors’ offices.

The secret behind Garum Armoricum is that it’s a rich source of several brain-healthy compounds, including:

  • Glutamate: Promotes learning and alertness
  • B vitamins: Deficiencies can trigger anxiety symptoms
  • Omega-3 fatty acids: Help regulate mood

Now, that all sounds very positive… but how has Garum Armoricum worked out for people just like you?

Here are a couple of testimonials I found online:

“I’ve noticed a calmer, more focused mind since starting it, which has been incredibly helpful in handling daily challenges.”

“This product is amazing. It calms me at night and I wake up in a better mood and rested.”

If you want to try Garum Armoricum for yourself, it’s sold online as a product called Stabilium for about $30. Obviously, be careful if you have fish allergies.

To a calmer mind,
