Only 25% of Americans COMMIT to it…

And only 15% STICK WITH IT when they hit the age of 65.

But here’s the thing…

If you’re part of this MINORITY that prioritizes this…

It can help your brain FIGHT DEMENTIA later in life.

Here’s the oh-so-simple “secret” to making it happen.

So, what exactly are we all collectively SLACKING on?

It’s getting enough EXERCISE.

And I’m not talking rigorous workout routines that only professional athletes can handle…

I’m talking about simple, consistent, physical activity – the kind that doesn’t necessarily make you SORE… SWEAT… or GASP for air.

In fact, a study published in the Journal of Neurology Neurosurgery and Psychiatry found that ANY kind of physical activity at ANY age leads to better brain function later in life.

The study researchers noted that maintaining a fitness routine throughout adulthood is BEST for preserving memory and mental sharpness. But it’s never too late to get started!

I will note that this was an observational study, and that being active doesn’t guarantee you won’t have any memory loss down the road.

But considering the majority of this country DOESN’T exercise… wouldn’t you want every advantage possible!?

I sure as hell would!

You don’t need to start running marathons or pumping iron like Arnold Schwarzenegger to reap the rewards of a healthy brain.

Even getting out for daily (rf semi-daily) WALKS is a great, low-impact way to stay fit, active, and healthy.

The bottom line?

Don’t be another statistic – GET UP AND MOVE!

Your brain – and memory – with thank you.

To proactively fighting dementia,

Sarah Reagan
