Friend, I don’t need to tell you how IMPORTANT your bones are to your overall health.

Healthy bones support strengthmobility… and independence.

But that all goes down the drain once your bones become brittle and frail…

This can make you a sitting duck for FALLS and FRACTURES.

And once that happens?

Well, downing all the calcium in the world isn’t going to magically give you bones of steel.

Today, I’m here to share something NEW – something entirely DIFFERENT – that could help both older gals AND guys strengthen aging bones…

BEFORE it takes a turn for the worse!

PQQ (short for pyrroloquinoline quinone) is an antioxidant sometimes referred to as a “longevity vitamin.

The name is deceiving… because it’s not exactly a vitamin. And it’s sure not a vitamin that’s going to sit front-and-center next to your multi.

PQQ is actually a vitamin-like compound that research says supports the formation of NEW bone tissue

And SLOWS DOWN the process of bone resorption… which is the “clearing out” of OLD bone tissue.

A 2017 animal study found that PQQ helped fend off osteoporosis caused by testosterone deficiency.

Osteoporosis and testosterone – that doesn’t make sense, right? After all, isn’t osteoporosis a “woman’s problem?”

But according to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, nearly

25% of guys over 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis…

And a bone fracture for guys can result in a GREATER risk of disability or death.

Yet most men don’t think about their bone health much (if at all).

But ladies, PQQ has your bones covered, too.

Another animal study found that supplementing with PQQ decreased their risk of estrogen deficiency-induced osteoporosis.

In fact, PQQ worked so well, the study concluded that it was just as effective as estrogen replacement therapy.

Calcium is the gold standard to maintaining strong bones over the long haul. But PQQ could help support healthy bones when your hormones begin to negatively impact your bone health.

Like I said before, PQQ is often called a “vitamin”, but you’ll need to look for it as a stand-alone supplement. If your local pharmacy or health food store doesn’t carry it, online vitamin and supplement retailers will have it – usually for less than $20 per bottle.

Talk to your doctor before supplementing, especially if you’ve already been diagnosed with osteoporosis.

To bones of steel,
Sarah Reagan
