You’re too old to develop a NEW allergy… right?

Sure, you may get hit with the symptoms of a seasonal allergy from time-to-time.

But there’s simply no way you could wake up with an allergic reaction to something you’ve NEVER had before.

WRONG!

There’s a study that has honed in on a potential allergic culprit afflicting MILLIONS of OLDER adults.

Adults who never experienced it a day in their life.

Here’s the scoop and answers to some baffling questions.

Surprise!

A recent study revealed that a whopping 50 million Americans have FOOD ALLERGIES. And I’m not talking kids.

The study found that 10% of adults have food allergies – with nearly HALF of those cases beginning in adulthood!

The study also found that nearly 90% of these late-in-life-onset allergies are due to nine common categories: peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, shellfish, fin fish, soy, wheat and sesame.

All of which can cause a laundry list of complaints, like:

  • Skin problems
  • Digestive disorders
  • Pain
  • Fatigue
  • Breathing difficulties
  • Dizziness and/or lightheadedness
  • And MORE

If you’re dealing with any of these symptoms, you’re not going crazy… you may just have a new food allergy or sensitivity.

Thankfully, identifying the root cause is simple.

Try going without all nine aforementioned categories for a few weeks.

If you improve – you’ve likely found the cause amongst that group. You can further narrow it down by reintroducing those things, one at a time (leave at least a week or so between those reintroductions).

That’s a good starting point. Then, you may need to do further digging.

Many allergies and food sensitivities are triggered by hidden additives in many processed foods.

One of the most notorious triggers for some folks is gluten. (Going gluten-free for a few weeks is another path to identifying the source of your misery.)

If you want to really avoid any potential allergy triggers… another option is the Paleo diet. This is simply eating meats, veggies, fruits, and a few nuts and seeds. It avoids foods that are processed or refined.

If you think you have a food allergy, be sure to speak to your doctor. He can refer you to an allergist that may be able to help identify the root cause with a simple testing kit, too.

To avoiding allergy symptoms,
