The cuff tightens around your arm… and you BRACE yourself for the reading.

Is THIS the appointment when your doc will break the news that you’ve got hypertension?

If your blood pressure numbers are a little on the high side… or you just want to make sure they don’t get there…

WORRYING will only make it worse!

Fortunately, you can DO something about it…

And make sure you continue to ACE your exams.

There are lots of natural anti-hypertensive remedies out there… and you may have even tried some of them before.

Here’s one that you may have NEVER heard of… and an EASY way to benefit from it…

WITHOUT having to swallow ANY pills!

Eucommia (Eucommia ulmoides) is a type of “rubber tree” from China… where folks consume it to help promote “vitality.”

But it’s also gotten some attention in Western medicine — for its ability to BEAT BACK hypertension.

Now, over 100 potentially active compounds have been isolated from various eucommia extracts…

And I suspect SEVERAL of them probably work together in ways we don’t yet understand to contribute to this herb’s health benefits.

But according to research, a type of compound called a “lignan”… often found in wood… could be KEY to eucommia’s blood pressure-lowering action.

The lignan found in eucommia bark in particular is called pinoresinol diglucoside (or PDG for short)…

And scientific studies have found that it acts as a vasorelaxant…

Meaning, it helps blood vessels stay WIDE and FLEXIBLE…

So that blood can flow through UNIMPEDED.

And it accomplishes this by increasing levels of the “blood flow hero” molecule, nitric oxide.

That same mechanism contributes to eucommia’s ability to ENHANCE guys’ performance.

But eucommia brings even MORE to the table…

As it also helps BANISH free radicals… which could be a culprit behind rising BP.

Now, most of the studies out there involving eucommia and hypertension are on animals and not people… so I can’t make any promises about how many points lower your next BP reading could be.

But you can’t deny the CENTURIES… if not MILLENNIA… of traditional use it’s got backing it up.

Since eucommia could lower blood pressure… it’s NOT a good idea to combine it with any BP-lowering meds.

Otherwise, its safety record looks solid to me…

But make sure your doc is OK with you trying it.

In China, Japan, and Korea, eucommia bark is traditionally consumed as “Tu Chung tea”… which you may be able to find at your local Asian specialty market or online.

And while you may also be able to find eucommia in capsule form in this country… there’s something you should know.

TCM rarely prescribes any single herb on its own.

A certified Chinese herbalist could help you figure out the right herbal blend to address your specific situation.
