You may not think about your liver health very much… or even AT ALL.

But your liver is a WORKHORSE of your digestive system!

It BEARS THE BRUNT of every drug you take… and every bite of food and sip of drink.

And although it’s too often UNDERAPPRECIATED

If your liver isn’t healthy… YOU might not be healthy!

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) strikes 1 in 3 Americans… and is the most common cause of liver disease worldwide.

That means even if you never touch A DROP of “the stuff”… your liver could still get WRECKED!

Last year, I shared with you that a culprit behind FATTENING UP our livers is a common ingredient found in much of the “junk food” we rely on today – high fructose corn syrup.

And a good defensive strategy is to avoid HFCS altogether.

But today, I’m here to share with you a way to go on the OFFENSE against liver disease.

You won’t believe how easy and inexpensive it is!

BEAT BACK a ‘fat’ liver

The latest research out of Sweden reveals a correlation that could shine a light on why certain folks succumb to NAFLD… and others don’t.

Turns out, when researchers analyzed data from nearly 80,000 European study participants

Those with higher vitamin D levels were at a LOWER risk of developing the disease!

Now, these findings aren’t actually NEW…

Because SEVERAL studies over the last few years have been suggesting a link between D and NAFLD.

It doesn’t surprise me…

As certain conditions that are associated with low D levels… like obesity, metabolic syndrome, and type 2 diabetes… are ALSO associated with a fatty liver.

Vitamin D is a known “antifibrotic” agent – which means it could help REVERSE fibrosis, or scar tissue. And that’s one of the hallmarks of NAFLD.

But that’s not all…

Vitamin D also affects certain liver enzymes that could help beat back NAFLD…

And could even help INHIBIT the accumulation of fat in the liver!

Besides that, vitamin D could actually help EASE the signs of NAFLD… like by EXTINGUISHING inflammation.

There are LOTS of reasons why your D levels could be low, besides the issues I just mentioned…

Like if you’ve gone “dairy-free” or vegan… or if you can’t get around much anymore and aren’t spending much time outside

Or if you’ve just gotten “up there” in years!

Consider taking a supplement. You’ll want to take the “active” form of vitamin D – a.k.a. vitamin D3 – and not the “inactive” form, vitamin D2.

And to make sure your body can absorb and use it properly, be sure to combine it with vitamin K2.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
