TIGHTEN aging skin to ERASE this unsightly condition
Gals, you may have already switched to long pants and skirts for the fall…
And swimsuit season may seem to be WAY far behind you…
But YOU can still see your legs, thighs, hips… and more.
And you’re NOT happy with the way that they look in the mirror… or how they might appear to your husband.
Those “dimples,” bumps, and lumps of cellulite are keeping certain parts of your body from looking smooth and young…
And they can occur no matter HOW MUCH you weigh!
Fortunately, it IS possible to BLAST THROUGH that “cottage cheese” layer of fat that builds up just under your skin.
Don’t worry – I’m not going to tell you to diet or exercise more. (Although those two actions MAY help somewhat.)
And you don’t need to subject yourself to SCARY or INVASIVE treatments.
I’ve got SOMETHING ELSE that could send cellulite packing…
And it’s cheap, easy, and readily available!
Fight fat with fat
Experts may consider cellulite “harmless”… but that doesn’t mean you don’t HATE it!
It can make shopping for bathing suits a NIGHTMARE…
And it can make you want to hide inside a burlap sack… even around your own spouse.
That “orange peel” texture doesn’t LOOK or FEEL very attractive – and forget about feeling SEXY.
And the MORE your skin loses elasticity as you get older… the WORSE your cellulite can appear.
Now, certain “at-home” treatments can reduce the appearance of cellulite… including a simple massage (either with a specialized tool or just your hand), which helps STIMULATE blood flow to the area.
But there’s a way to combat cellulite from the INSIDE, too…
And that’s by getting more omega-3s… either in the food you eat (like salmon and other oily fish) or by taking supplements.
You see, these essential fatty acids actually help boost your body’s ability to metabolize fat – including the “dimpled” fat that’s been collecting in your mid-section and lower body!
Omega-3s could also help BANISH inflammation (one of the hallmarks of cellulite)… BOOST circulation… and help BUILD collagen and elastin, the proteins that help keep your skin from sagging as you age.
And the good news is that research has found that ingesting omega-3s (like by taking fish oil supplements) can help increase the fatty acid composition of your skin!
And some studies have found that massaging oils or creams that contain omega-3s into the affected area could help your skin ABSORB those fatty acids… allowing them to IMMEDIATELY get to work where they’re needed most.
Does this massage technique work BETTER than using other “cellulite creams” and lotions and potions (or just plain ol’ massage on its own)?
It’s hard to tell. There aren’t any clinical trials that argue one way or another.
But omega-3s are SO good for you… SO powerful in their anti-aging actions… and SO promising in their ability to extend longevity…
This “fish oil trick” certainly seems worth a try!
