Folks who follow the Mediterranean diet eat plenty of tuna… salmon… anchovies… and other fatty fish 

And there’s a good reason for that.  

Not only does it help support heart health 

But it also could contribute to a longer life! 

The star ingredients in fatty fish are the omega-3 fatty acids known as EPA and DHA.  

And according to Spanish scientists, having higher blood levels of omega-3s could help you OUTLIVE your peers 

By as much as nearly 5 years! 

You could even reduce your risk of death as much as quitting smoking (which I hope you’ve already done)! 

The exact number we’re talking about here is 4.7 years – the same amount of time that being a regular smoker shaves off your life expectancy

The study… which was conducted on THOUSANDS of older folks… shows that you could BOOST your levels by as little as 1%! 

Here’s where this gets really interesting… 

Because the study didn’t only measure death from cardiovascular causes 

Omega-3 blood levels helped predict mortality from ALL causes! 

A meta-analysis published earlier this year even found that RAMPING UP your levels of omega-3s could help SLASH your risk of death by as much as 13%.

But that content may be LESS RELIABLE in fish that’s been farmed.  

That’s why it’s recommended that you choose wild-caught fish instead.  

You can also choose an omega-3 (or “fish oil”) supplement from a quality maker you trust. Just make sure it contains sufficient amounts of both EPA and DHA.
