Big Pharma doesn’t want you to know what I’m going to share with you today.

And they’d do everything in their power to DISCREDIT what I’m about to reveal.

There’s a natural… healthy… and healing way to BLOCK sugar from your blood. And it works just like one of those prescription meds the pharma giants would rather sell you.

If you’re worried about diabetes… and blood sugar control is on your mind…

Here’s what the mainstream has WITHHELD from you.

It’s a palm tree trick you might find on a desert island…

And its potential has been GROSSLY underestimated!

A ‘castaway cure’ for blood sugar woes?

It’s the fruit of the coconut palm tree (Cocos nucifera)… and it’s come to symbolize the ultimate tropical paradise.

As the star ingredient of piña colada cocktails and cream pies… you might think that coconuts are totally OFF-LIMITS if you’ve been diagnosed with diabetes.

But that’s just not true – as long as you consume them in just the right way.

While some diabetics may be concerned about its saturated fat content… it contains plenty of “good” fat that won’t jack up your risk of heart disease.

It’s also high in fiber… and low in carbs.

That means it’s got a low glycemic index – a.k.a. it doesn’t raise your blood glucose levels nearly as much as pure sugar would.

In fact, its glycemic load is so low… you’d have to eat A LOT of coconut for it to send you into a sugar spike.

But coconut isn’t just HARMLESS for diabetics to indulge occasionally.

Coconut could actually be a tool in helping CONTROL diabetes… and STABILIZE blood sugar.

Studies have shown that consuming coconut products can help bring glucose and Hb1Ac levels down… and KEEP them down!

I’m talking about coconut “meat” (the white part, or kernel)… coconut oilcoconut water… and more.

Fiber-rich coconut helps beat back sugar spikes by REDUCING how much glucose your body absorbs.

And they can help STIMULATE insulin-producing beta cells… and IMPROVE insulin sensitivity, too.

That’s especially true for coconut water, the antioxidant-rich and hydrating fluid found naturally inside unripe or “green” coconuts.

Here’s where coconut gets really interesting in keeping hyperglycemia at bay.

Extracts from a part of the coconut we NEVER eat… a.k.a. the fibrous husk… have been shown to INHIBIT 2 enzymes that help convert starches into sugar (called alpha-amylase and alpha-glucosidase).

In fact, these lesser-known types of coconut extract may also help the pharmaceutical diabetes med metformin work BETTER… so diabetics could potentially take LESS of the drug.

The research actually takes this one step farther – and suggests that coconut husk extract’s activity is COMPARABLE to metformin!

And another OVERLOOKED part of the coconut tree… the flowers… may also have UNTAPPED anti-diabetic potential as well.

Now, coconut oils, waters, and flours are readily available at specialty grocers and health food stores… and you can even find coconut oil as a supplement in capsule form, which is a good source of MCTs (medium-chain triglycerides).

And as I’ve shared with you before, MCTs are one of the reasons why coconut can help you maintain a healthy weight – something that’s CRUCIAL for diabetics trying to manage their disease.

But coconut husks are much more frequently used for INDUSTRIAL purposes… like making coir floor mats… and in gardening and agriculture.

Often, they’re just THROWN AWAY.

So, right now you won’t find coconut husk extract in the supplement aisle… even though scientists have begun to uncover its tremendous antimicrobial action.

But hopefully that will change soon – and you’ll be the first to hear about it when it does.

To making the most of tropical cures,

Melissa Young

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
