Sweden…famous for its tall, blonde, beautiful and fit population.

So it might be the last country you would expect to make this change…

Last month, Sweden became the first Western nation to remove “low-fat” from national dietary recommendations.

A Swedish health panel reviewed 16,000 dietary studies. They summed up their findings like this…

“Butter, olive oil, heavy cream, and bacon are not harmful foods. Quite the opposite. Fat is the best thing for those who want to lose weight. And there are no connections between a high fat intake and cardiovascular disease.”

Somewhere, my friend and colleague Dr. Atkins is looking down, smiling and saying, “Told you so.”

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
