Tips on how to live to celebrate birthday 100

I’m always amazed at the number of people who live to be old enough to have Willard Scott wish them a happy birthday on the Today show. And it gives me hope. I figure, if they can thrive for ten decades, why not me?

So every time I catch Willard’s birthday list, I listen carefully for the ones who share personal insights about what it takes to make it to birthday 100.

Often these tips seem less than useful. “He credits his longevity to his love of radio. He listens to eight hours of talk radio every day.” That sort of thing.

But the other day I heard this one, and it made a lot of sense: A woman in Towson, Maryland, says she survived 100 birthdays by never taking any medications.

Hmmm…I wonder if she reads the e-Alert.

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
