They’re Coming for Your EGGS Again (Don’t Fall For It!)
Here we go again.
The FDA just recalled over 6 million eggs. And I can already see it happening—people ditching one of nature’s most perfect foods because they’ve been scared into submission.
Once again, the mainstream is going after real nutrition…
But hey, don’t worry—stick to your drive-thru dinners and sugar-packed snacks. I’m sure that’ll end well.
This is EXACTLY what they want. And you’re at risk of falling for it. AGAIN.
Let me remind you: the war on eggs ha been going on for DECADES.
First, they claimed eggs would kill you with cholesterol—a lie disproven after 40 years of fear-mongering. Dietary cholesterol barely affects blood cholesterol in most people.
Then came the heart disease scare—another lie. Large studies show LIE. Multiple studies show no link between egg intake and heart disease risk.
And now? A Salmonella threat caused ZERO illnesses—the bacteria was found in environmental samples at a single facility, not in the eggs themselves.
Yet watch how fast everyone abandons eggs while spooning down chemical-laden cereal.
Here’s the real reason mainstream medicine and Big Food despise eggs: they’re TOO GOOD. Too accessible. Too nutritious.
One organic egg gives you…
- 6 grams of COMPLETE protein with all essential amino acids
- Vitamin D for bone health (most seniors are deficient)
- Choline for brain function (252mg—critical for memory)
- B12 for nerve health (declining in every senior)
- Selenium supporting your immune system
Even omega-3s (in pastured eggs) reducing inflammation!
All from a chicken. No lab coat required.
Compare that to their ‘heart healthy’ cereals and protein shakes loaded with sugar, seed oils, and additives you can’t pronounce.
The recall? Pure distraction. A fear campaign against real food.
Because a population eating eggs, meat, and vegetables doesn’t need Big Pharma’s pills. Strong muscles mean fewer falls. Sharp minds mean less dementia medication. Healthy metabolisms mean goodbye diabetes drugs. Real nutrition means functional immune systems.
But a population terrified of real food? Eating processed garbage? Getting weaker, sicker, more confused?
THAT population needs pills. Lots of pills. Expensive pills. Forever.
So yes, check your cartons if you’re worried about this specific recall. Fine.
But for heaven’s sake, KEEP eating eggs!
Buy organic when possible and choose pasture-raised. Support local farmers if you can, make sure you store them properly, and cook them thoroughly.
Don’t let a zero-illness recall scare you away from one of nature’s most perfect foods.
They’ve been lying about eggs for decades. This is just their latest attempt.
