Tell me if you’ve heard this before…

FAT is bad for your heart!

It’s almost like the mere MENTION of the word causes visions of clogged arteries and deadly heart disease!

Well, folks… I’m here to tell you that the anti-fat brigade is once again DEAD WRONG.

Because today I’ve got the proof that a certain fat can actually help SAVE your heart!

A study conducted by multiple international researchers found that consuming dairy fat from products like butter, cream, and cheese could PREVENT a heart attack!

Yes, you read that correctly…

The research team found that folks who eat higher levels of dairy fats are less likely to develop cardiovascular disease.

How’s this possible? After all, the so-called ‘experts’ have told us to stay away from fats if we want a healthy heart, right?

Well, it turns out that when you consume fats from dairy products, it leaves a unique fat ‘building block’ that is traced in your blood.

Researchers tracked folks over a 16-year period and found that this unique dairy fat ‘identifier’ did NOT increase the risk of cardiovascular disease.

In fact, what they found was that folks with this high dairy fat marker had the LOWEST risk of developing cardiovascular disease… thus significantly reducing their risk of a heart attack down the road!

Now, to be clear…

This new finding isn’t a green light to eat blocks of cheese or chug gallons of milk with reckless abandon.

But incorporating healthy cheeses, yogurts, and milk into your diet, in moderation, has some very positive health benefits… especially for your heart.

When it comes to dairy products and the good fats they provide, try to stick with things like organic, grass-fed milk… or even organic, full-fat Greek yogurt. Dairy products like this pack a ton of nutrients and have less preservatives (while still giving you the good fats your heart needs).

To the good fats,
