You brush your teeth twice a day…

You swish with mouthwash…

But you still get a bad report from your dentist!

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone!

Because a new study reveals that most Americans are simply FLUNKING one of the basics when it comes to oral hygiene!

Nobody loves to FLOSS

And if you do, well, kudos to you!

But regardless of your feelings on flossing, it’s simply one of—if not the most—important things you can do for your oral hygiene.

Yet, according to a study from Tufts University, many dentists argue that:

  1. Not enough people floss REGULARLY…
  2. Or do it CORRECTLY

And combining the two can lead to an increased risk of developing gum disease—which can fester into a host of OTHER health problems.

Unfortunately, when most folks floss, it’s quick, not done consistently, and is usually just to get some food out between a few teeth.

But thorough flossing does so much more—including loosening and breaking down harmful mouth bacteria that resides between your teeth.

So what’s the best, most effective method of flossing?

It’s called adapted horizontal vertical flossing technique (AHVFT)—a method endorsed by the American Dental Association.

I won’t get into all the specifics … but you can watch a complete video demonstration here.

And if you really want to take your gum health to the next level, you can also incorporate oil pulling as part of your mouth cleaning regimen.

To top-notch oral health,
