When it comes to treating type 2 diabetes, most folks stumble upon a fork in the road.

One path—Big Pharma’s favorite—is a LIFETIME routine of finger pricks, insulin shots, or risky prescription drugs.

And veering in the other direction will lead you to a miserable, bland, and downright TASTELESS diet comprised of hard-to-find foods that cost too much.

Thankfully there’s another road that’s less traveled. It’s better, safer—and it’s straight from Mother Nature.

Vanadium is a trace mineral initially discovered in 1801, and later rediscovered by Swedish chemist Nils Gabriel Sefstrôm as he was analyzing samples of iron from a mine in Sweden.

Possibly inspired by the element’s beautifully-colored compounds, legend has it that Sefström named the element vanadium after the Old Norse beauty goddess, Vanadis.

Vanadium supplements have been commonly used to treat high cholesterol, heart disease, anemia…

And it’s even sold as a bodybuilding supplement typically in the form of vanadyl sulfate.

But it also packs a punch in stopping DIABETES.

In one of the earliest human studies, researchers gathered a number of subjects with type 2 diabetes. After just TWO WEEKS of a vanadium supplement regimen, participants IMPROVED their insulin sensitivity.

In another human trial of type 2 diabetes patients, 100 mg of vanadyl sulfate a day lowered blood sugar levels and improved insulin sensitivity—with ZERO side effects.

In other words, studies on humans show vanadium increases the body’s insulin sensitivity, allowing your cells to take in more glucose from the food you eat.

And when this operates normally, it reduces your blood glucose levels, improves energy, and boosts brain performance.

So, if you’re not currently on insulin, vanadium could keep you off it. And if you DO currently take it, vanadium may lower the amount you need.

If the vitamin aisle of your local health food store doesn’t carry it, you can find vanadium supplements online at most major, reputable vitamin retailers usually for less than $10.

And as with any new supplement, be sure to talk to your doctor before starting a regimen—especially if you’re on any kind of diabetes medication.

To natural diabetes control,

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
