You’re supposed to STAY AWAY from them…

Because TOO MUCH can cause your waistline to expand

But sometimes, we all fall for the TEMPTATION of eating some sweets.

And that’s okay!

Well, my friend… today I have GREAT news.

You see, according to research it’s entirely possible to BURN some stubborn belly fat by harnessing your SWEET TOOTH!

Here’s how it works.

A study from the Brigham and Women’s Hospital says that swapping out some common breakfast foods (like eggs and bacon) for some chocolate can actually lead to burning MORE fat and LOWERING blood sugar levels throughout the day.

You read that correctly…  a little morning chocolate can help you BURN FAT!

Now this isn’t a license to start eating loads of chocolate—or even sugar-laden cereals—each morning.

But it DOES mean that you can indulge in a little sweetness with your breakfast without worrying about the scale.

For instance, a bowl of oatmeal with a dash of chocolate could be a good way to get your metabolism going. In fact, the study found eating chocolate for breakfast can increase your body’s fat burning ability.

And as an added benefit, it turns out that chocolate for breakfast can also reduce blood glucose levels, a key risk factor for diabetes.

But before you go dipping your hands into the candy jar… it’s important to note that not all chocolate is good for you.

You see, milk chocolate products are chock-full of extra sugar. And white chocolate? It’s not even chocolate at all!

Instead opt for dark chocolate.

Studies show that dark chocolate can reduce cravings and promote feelings of fullness, which can support weight loss. In fact, one study found that eating dark chocolate decreased appetite and reduced levels of ghrelin—the hormone that stimulates hunger.

When I shop for dark chocolate, I look for the quality stuff that contains less sugar (which is always good for your body).

If you’re on the hunt for dark chocolate, read the label to make sure it has at least 70% (or higher) cocoa content.
