STRENGTHMOBILITY… and INDEPENDENCE.

These things we sometimes take for granted can all go down the drain once your BONES become brittle and frail…

Making you a sitting duck for life-altering FALLS and FRACTURES.

And downing all the calcium in the world won’t magically give you bones of steel.

Today, I’m here to share something NEW—and entirely DIFFERENT—that could help both older guys AND gals strengthen aging bones.

BEFORE it takes a turn for the worse!

PQQ (short for pyrroloquinoline quinone) is an antioxidant sometimes referred to as a “longevity vitamin.

The name is deceiving… because it’s not exactly a vitamin.

PQQ is actually a “vitamin-like” compound that research says supports the formation of NEW bone tissue…

And SLOWS DOWN the process of bone resorption—the “clearing out” of OLD bone tissue.

Animal studies have found that PQQ can help fend off osteoporosis caused by testosterone deficiency.

Osteoporosis and testosterone—that doesn’t sound like it makes sense, does it? After all, haven’t we been told that osteoporosis is a “woman’s problem?”

But according to the National Osteoporosis Foundation, nearly 25% of guys over 50 will break a bone due to osteoporosis…

And a bone fracture for guys can result in a GREATER risk of disability or death!

Yet most men don’t think much about their bone health (if at all).

And ladies, PQQ can help you, too.

Another animal study found that supplementing with PQQ decreased their risk of estrogen deficiency-induced osteoporosis.

In fact, PQQ worked so well, the study concluded that it was just as effective as estrogen replacement therapy.

Like I said before, PQQ is often called a “vitamin”, but you’ll need to look for it as a stand-alone supplement. If your local pharmacy or health food store doesn’t carry it, online vitamin and supplement retailers will have it—usually for less than $20 per bottle.

Talk to your doctor before supplementing, especially if you’ve already been diagnosed with osteoporosis.

To bones of steel,

Sarah Reagan

Meet the Health Sciences Institute

The Health Sciences Institute (HSI) is an independent organization established in 1998. We’re dedicated to uncovering and researching the most urgent advances in modern underground medicine. Things you WON’T hear about in the mainstream.

Whether they come from a laboratory in Malaysia, a clinic in South America, or a university in Germany, our goal is to bring the treatments that work directly to the people who need them. We alert our Members to exciting breakthroughs in medicine, show them exactly where to go to learn more, and help them understand how they and their families can benefit from these powerful discoveries.
