What’s the only thing harder than MANAGING Alzheimer’s?

Diagnosing it EARLY.

You see, most mainstream docs only catch this life-shattering disease after it’s ALREADY taken hold of your memoriesidentity… and independence

They’ll lead you to believe that your only hope to slow it down lies in a “pill” that Big Pharma will produce.

But by then… it cold already be too late!

Today, I’ve got details on a study that has appeared to pinpoint a clear sign that Alzheimer’s could be on your horizon….

A sign that typically shows up 5 YEARS BEFORE diagnosis or other symptoms

And if you’re aware of it NOW, it could help you or a loved one fight the disease head on.

According to a study published in the Journal of Alzheimer’s Diseases, falls that happen about FIVE YEARS before developing Alzheimer’s could be the first clue something is wrong.

Here’s how they identified this…

Scientists followed 83 seniors with normal cognitive function at the start of the study for five years. Participants reported any falls and had brain scans to check for the hallmarks of Alzheimer’s (like amyloid plaques and atrophy).

At the end, the team found that amyloid plaques alone DO NOT increase your fall risk. However, it was clear that brain degeneration did.

In fact, the research showed that having a smaller hippocampus – the memory center of your brain – was the driving factor behind fall risk.

In other words, most mainstream docs link falling to a lack of strength and balance, but in reality, it may be a sign of brain and memory decay that can lead to Alzheimer’s down the road.

I know this isn’t a cure for Alzheimer’s. But it CAN help you pinpoint the disease early and leave you with time to take proactive steps to protect your brain.

Two studies reveal EXACTLY how you can help you BEAT BACK Alzheimer’s by shielding – and even growing – your hippocampus:

  1. Eat more fish: Weekly consumption of baked or broiled fish can increase the size of your hippocampus.
  2. Walk daily: Taking a daily stroll is linked to having a larger hippocampus.

Follow your delicious dinner of baked salmon, flounder, or any fish you want with a quick spin around your neighborhood… and your brain will reap the benefits.
