Big Pharma will tell you it’s not possible…

They’ll tell you the only hope you have at stopping the disease is manufactured in a lab.

When it comes to fighting Alzheimer’s disease, drug companies have been trying to DOOP you into thinking a PILL is going to save the day.

After all, headlines around new, “miracle” Alzheimer’s drugs have been circulating all over the news for weeks.

But let’s be real.

Beneath the glossy headlines of Big Pharma’s Alzheimer’s ‘breakthroughs’ lie drugs with high-risks and very low-rewards.

But that doesn’t mean you can’t wage your own battle to fight against Alzheimer’s!

That’s because studies have revealed there’s a “team” of potent superfoods that can significantly REDUCE your risk of Alzheimer’s…

By nearly 50%!

And adding these foods to your diet is easier (and tastier) than you think!

Tufts University researchers have found that folks who eat foods packed with flavanols are 50% LESS LIKELY to develop Alzheimer’s disease compared to those who don’t.

Flavanols are antioxidants commonly found in a variety of natural foods. Fruits and vegetables, for example, have been proven to protect against diseases associated with oxidative stress and chronic inflammation – including Alzheimer’s!

But when it comes to flavanols that offer the best protection against Alzheimer’s, researchers found that one group called kaempferol stands out.

Kaempferol is found in foods like kale, tea, beans, spinach, and broccoli.

In fact, researchers found, during the course of their six-year study, those who consumed the highest amount of kaempferol had a 51% lower risk of Alzheimer’s compared to those who consumed the lowest.

And even when compared to other flavanol groups, kaempferol was 13% HIGHER in helping protect against the risk of Alzheimer’s.

While there may be no official ‘cure’ for this devastating disease, eating a diet rich in flavanols – especially kaempferol – can give you the best shot at fending off Alzheimer’s.

Foods rich in kaempferol (like kale, broccoli, and spinach) all make great, nutritious side dishes and can be easily added to fruit smoothies to give it a vibrant ‘green’ color.
