Your back is practically the foundation for your entire body.

And when your back is strong and healthy, well, you sometimes barely notice how much it does for you…

Like walking, sitting, even standing.

But when you tweak your back… or it gives out on you completely…

You’re suddenly doubled over in pain… even bedridden for days!

But before you reach for an OTC pain killer that only masks the pain…

I’ve got a sneak peek at a NEW solution to your back troubles that could make OTC drugs obsolete… and your pain DISAPPEAR!

And best of all, all you need is your smartphone!

Doctors and researchers in Norway have developed a new app called selfBack – which helps users identify their specific back pain and create a long-term plan designed for each individual user.

Here’s how this unique app works:

Once you open the app, it will explain what back pain is, and it tailors advice to actions that you can take to deal with your back pain (like exercise, yoga, and other physical activities).

Then, after answering a series of questions about your sitting position, lifestyle, and your specific back issues, the app shares a customized plan that you can follow each week.

Sounds pretty cool (and easy), doesn’t it?!

And get this… studies have found that 52% of users have reported feeling better after just three months of using the app.

The app is currently available for both Apple or Android smartphones.

I have no affiliation with selfBack or it’s developers, I simply wanted to share this cool, science-based (and drug-free) tool that could help you if you’re dealing back pain.

If you’re currently on a back pain relief program with your doctor, be sure to discuss selfBack with him first before using it.

To a strong back,

Sarah Reagan
